I would not recommend this real estate company to anyone. They are listing agent for house I am trying to purchase. They took 2 weeks to accept my offer, delayed the title company, and did not turn on the utilities for the appraisal. This company has turned a would be happy time into a completely stressful situation.
To add insult to injury this company has also refused to attempt an extension in order to close on the property as the appraisal was delayed due to Realtor error. This seems like a very unprofessional business. Fingers crossed that the utilities are turned on for an inspection so I can actually purchase said property.
