Dr. Vanzant and his staff are wonderful. We took our cat in for emergency treatment and although she did not make it Dr. Vanzant did all he could to help her. He and his staff were kind, patient and very straight forward about treatment and prognosis. We would highly recommend this office.
After reviewing the bill I was charged fees I did not confirm I would be willing to pay such as a $35 first time fee (never informed about) meds for a UTI and the full run down of the neutering along with meds the cat "needed". I will NOT be bringing him back and they lost a loyal customer.
After my 12 year old lab, Abby had a stroke, she lost her ability to walk and her eyes couldn't stop a constant bounce. I took her for a ride down memory lane and a last meal, finally stopping at Court Street Animal hospital. Dr. Vanzant and his staff were hopeful that she could regain a good quality of life. I was worried he would send us to Medvet for scans and bloodwork that would be difficult to afford. Instead, he gave her a rather large dose of steroids and said we should see slow progression over the next 3 days. I'm happy to say that Abby has regained her ability to walk and her eyes are functioning just as before! I'm forever grateful to these great people for saving Abby's life! Thank you so much!
Had to visit to get both of my dogs their yearly shots. Both of them were pretty nervous but the staff helped keep them calm and make the process simple & quick.
Took my cat to get fixed. I was quoted $65 over the phone once picking up our cat, my fiancé was told the bill was $277 and some change. He paid this balance as he felt there was no other way around it because the cat was already fixed.
We love the service that you provide when you are open but, it is very hard for us to get the medical supplies we need for our Animals when you are closed every holiday for several days at a time. We work out of town and until late evening so it is very hard for us to me it thru the week and seems that you are closed a lot of Saturdays.
